Hourly courses are designed to be completely self-paced, while weekly courses follow a set pace and require the minimum number of relevant weeks for completion. In weekly courses, students gain access to one session per week, every Monday.

Is the course self-paced?

Our hourly online parenting courses are designed to be flexible and self-paced to accommodate your schedule. On the contrary, the weekly classes are set-paced and participants gain access to only one session weekly, every Monday.

Yes, the price to change the course is $14.99, whether you are changing to a shorter course, a longer course, or from hourly to weekly or vice versa.

When changing the program, do I have to pay the difference in the value of the new course?

Yes, in case of an upgrade, in addition to the $14.99 fee, you also have to pay the difference between the old and the new rate. However, when choosing a course with a shorter duration or a course of lower value, the price difference is not refundable.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes, upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion for free.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel this course after my payment is processed?

No. You cannot cancel it.

How do I proceed If my certificate is rejected?

OnlineParentingCenter kindly ask participants to send their Letter of enrollment for pre-approval to the authority that mandated the parenting skills course completion. However, If anything occurs and the Certificate we provide you with is not accepted for occupational or legal requirements, we will make a full refund back to your bank account as soon as you send us a written proof of decline.

Cancellation requests will only be taken into account if the rejection is caused by non-acceptance of distance learning or the lack of proper credentials and qualifications of the course instructor.

It should be noted that refunds and cancellations are not accepted if students have not adhered to prescribed course length, program type (hourly/weekly options), or nature of the course.

In accordance with our guaranteed acceptance policy, participants may request a refund in cases of institutional denial. To qualify for this, written and signed proof of such denial must be provided within 7 business days of receipt.
